ToolsPro's billing is designed around usage-based charges, meaning you only pay for what you use, particularly for communication features like SMS and emails. Unlike other platforms that charge based on monthly quotas, ToolsPro provides a "wallet" system where you pay for the specific number of communications sent. If your account balance goes negative due to insufficient funds, it can impact your ability to send messages, and you may incur additional charges to bring your balance back above the threshold. 

Understanding ToolsPro's Billing:

ToolsPro offers a flexible, usage-based billing system, meaning you only pay for the features you actively use. Instead of fixed monthly fees for communication features like SMS and emails, we operate on a 'wallet' system. You add funds to your account, and we deduct the cost of each communication sent. This ensures you're only paying for what you actually use, avoiding wasted spending on unused quotas.

What happens if my balance runs low?

If your wallet balance gets low, your ability to send SMS and emails might be affected. We'll notify you if your balance is getting low. To prevent disruptions, we recommend maintaining a sufficient balance. If your balance goes negative, we may attempt to recharge your account, potentially including a one-time charge to bring the balance above the threshold.

Example:

Let's say you send 100 SMS messages in a month. With ToolsPro, you'll only pay for those 100 messages, rather than paying for a set SMS quota that includes 500 messages but you only use 100. This is different from other platforms that might charge you for the full 500, even if you don't use them.
